Rio is a ferret familiar to Celia. His abilities can cause heavy winds to blow. Rio can also protect his bond from malicious magic attacks to some extent.
When he speaks he is very shortcoming as he doesn’t like to be in the limelight very often.
Familiars generally can’t go too far from their bonds after they make a pact.
